A Different Relationship with Your Body

Pain, tension, and fatigue are often treated as isolated problems to solve.
But the body rarely speaks in isolated signals.
When something hurts, it is often part of a larger pattern—how we move, how we hold ourselves, how we respond to stress, how we inhabit our days. Over time, these patterns can become so familiar they disappear into the background of daily life.
We stop experiencing the body directly, and begin interpreting it through a running lens of evaluation: what is wrong, what needs to change, what should feel different.
This is where a subtle disconnect can form—not from lack of attention, but from attention filtered through judgment.
Rather than trying to fix the body, this practice invites a different kind of relationship with it.
One rooted in curiosity instead of correction.
In sensing instead of analyzing.
In experience instead of interpretation.
Through movement, breath, and awareness, you begin to recognize the habits and responses that shape how you feel. Not to control them, but to understand them.
And in that understanding, something begins to shift.
The body becomes more available. More responsive. More adaptable—not because it has been forced into change, but because it is finally being met with attention that is steady enough to listen.
Over time, this becomes less about resolving individual symptoms, and more about inhabiting the body with greater clarity, ease, and presence.
A Thoughtful Approach to Practice

The challenge isn't finding something to do—it's knowing what to do next and building a practice that's sustainable.
Studio Cole is designed differently.
Rather than choosing from thousands of disconnected classes, you'll be guided through thoughtfully sequenced weekly practices and monthly focuses that build on one another over time. Each class has a purpose. Each practice supports the next.
Most practices are under an hour because consistency matters more than intensity. Small, intentional sessions are easier to return to—and it's the practice you return to that creates lasting change.
Weekly Practices

A Note from Tertia
Without hyperbole, I can say that yoga saved my life. It also opened the door to what has become a lifelong exploration of the body, healing, and human potential.
My work today is informed by years as a yoga teacher, massage therapist, craniosacral practitioner, and Reiki practitioner. Woven together, these experiences have shaped an approach that is both grounded and intuitive—rooted in science while remaining open to mystery.
I am less interested in wellness trends than in practices that create lasting change. Studio Cole exists to help you cultivate a more skillful, trusting, and informed relationship with your body so you can live more fully.
My hope is that Studio Cole becomes a place you return to—not because you have to, but because it helps you feel more like yourself.
