EASE

A six-week movement series to reduce physical discomfort and cultivate harmony in your body.

For people living with chronic tension, stiffness, or recurring pain — and ready to unwind long‑held physical patterns through small, consistent practices that soften the body, expand mobility, and make being in your body feel good again.

Functional yoga for less pain, more mobility, and a body that feels good to live in.

January 13 – February 23
Registration closes January 9.

I'm ready to feel good in my body

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be pain-free. You just need a body you’re willing to listen to.

Your Body Wants to Feel Good

Maybe there’s a constant background hum of discomfort — stiff joints, achy muscles, a low‑back ache that never quite leaves, shoulders that feel perpetually braced. Sensations that don’t resolve no matter how much time passes.

Maybe you get a massage, and it helps — but the discomfort eventually creeps back in.

Maybe you’re walking, lifting, eating well, hydrating, prioritizing sleep — doing all the “right” things — and still your body feels locked into patterns you can’t seem to change.

And quietly, a fear begins to form:

Is this just how my body is going to feel now?

You’re not imagining it. And you don’t have to resign yourself to discomfort.

Your body isn’t asking for more intensity or more information. It’s asking for guidance, consistency, and a way of moving that helps it reorganize — a way of practicing that brings comfort, not more strain.

I want a different relationship with my body

A Different Experience Is Possible

Imagine dropping to the floor to play — not with a careful wince or an internal calculation, but with an easy, natural yes.

Your knees fold beneath you. Your hips receive your weight. Your spine softens and lifts in small, responsive waves as you move.

You’re not bracing.
You’re not managing pain.
You’re simply in your body.

A child climbs into your lap. You twist to reach a toy. You rise, kneel, stand, and sit again — fluid, present, unguarded.

Your breath moves easily through your ribs and belly.
Your body feels coordinated — hips, feet, hands, and spine working together instead of competing.

You’re aware of how your body used to feel:
the low-back tension, the cranky knee, the shoulder that always whispered caution.
But now there’s movement inside the movement — a quiet agility, a sense of internal support.

Less effort.
More flow.

You’ve learned how to choose comfort instead of forcing.
How to shift instead of endure.
How to respond instead of brace.

The question “What will this activity cost me?” loosens its grip.
Pain is no longer the loudest voice in the room.

You feel capable.
Supple.
Present.

This is the kind of change EASE is designed to cultivate —
not by fixing your body, but by teaching you how to work with it.

Yes, I want this experience

What You’ll Walk Away With

After six weeks, you won’t just know more — you’ll feel different.

You’ll move through your days with:

  • A body that feels more coordinated, responsive, and at ease — parts working together instead of pulling against each other
  • Less background tension and guarding, and more moments of softness and relief
  • Growing trust in your body’s signals — and confidence in how to respond to them
  • A nervous system that feels steadier, calmer, and less braced for what might hurt next
  • A felt sense of buoyancy and lightness as movement becomes supportive instead of draining
  • The ability to choose practices that create comfort — whether you’re walking, working, resting, or exercising

This work shows up everywhere: in how you sit, how you sleep, how you move through your day, and how present you feel in your own life.

I'm ready to feel the difference

Inside the Program

EASE follows a clear, sustainable structure designed to support real change — without overwhelm.

Each week includes:

A live functional yoga practice
Guided functional yoga to reorganize muscles, fascia, breath, and nervous system — helping your body unwind tension and move with more ease.

A weekly live Q+A session
A supportive space to ask questions, explore what’s arising in your body, and receive guidance as you integrate the practices week by week.

Short, consistent mini‑practices you can actually stick with
Brief daily practices that fit into real life, reinforcing new patterns through repetition rather than effort.

Integration through movement and reflection
Simple exercises to help you notice how your body is changing — and apply what you’re learning beyond the mat.

A clear weekly focus that unwinds habitual patterns
Each week builds intentionally on the last, softening long‑held patterns of guarding and holding.

Weekly Focus

Week 1: Breathe in New Life That Moves You
Learn to connect breath and movement so your body can soften its grip and movement becomes more responsive.

Week 2: Steady the Foundation That Holds You
Awaken feet, hands, and core to create grounded support that allows the rest of your body to relax.

Week 3: Unburden the Pelvis and Low Back
Gently unwind tension at the center so movement feels fluid and trustworthy.

Week 4: Open the Space Where Breath and Expression Live
Soften chest, shoulders, and upper back to release stress and effort.

Week 5: Reawaken the Spine’s Natural Rhythm
Restore the spine’s wave‑like quality so your whole body feels connected and alive.

Week 6: Find Balance That Feels Alive, Not Rigid
Integrate everything into balance that is dynamic, buoyant, and adaptable.

Plus: a 75‑minute final practice that synthesizes all six weeks

Why Functional Yoga Works

Functional yoga is grounded, accessible, and designed for real‑life bodies.

It’s not about performing.
It’s not about pushing.
It’s not about aesthetic shapes.

It’s about understanding how your body feels and responds — and giving it what it’s actually asking for.

With consistent, functional movement:

  • Tension releases
  • Old patterns unwind
  • Strength becomes supportive rather than bracing
  • Mobility increases
  • Awareness deepens

This is how sustainable change happens.

Why I Created EASE

I hear from clients all the time that they long for daily practices that genuinely change how they feel — not just temporarily, but cumulatively over time.

I understand that longing deeply.

I’ve lived with a spicy low back since childhood. In my early twenties, it could take ten minutes just to get out of bed. Doctors found nothing “wrong,” so I accepted pain as part of my life.

Functional, intentional yoga changed that.

Through movement rooted in engagement, mobility, and alignment, I learned how to work with my body. Relief became possible. Trust returned.

Now, at 39, I feel better in my body than I ever have. Most days are pain‑free — and when something flares up, I know how to respond.

This is why I created EASE: to offer you the same kind of foundation — something you can return to again and again.

EASE Is For You If You:

  • Are ready to feel better in your body
  • Can commit to a few minutes a day
  • Want to understand your body's patterns — and how to shift them
  • Want to feel empowered rather than resigned

Not for you if you:

  • Want advanced asana (handstands, splits, etc.)
  • Want daily hour‑long practices
  • Want someone to diagnose or “fix” you
  • Aren’t ready to listen to your body
This feels right for me

No problem. All live movement practices and Q+A sessions are recorded and shared, so you can participate on your own schedule.
Q+A questions can be submitted via email or voice note at any time.

Is this program beginner‑friendly?
Yes. EASE is designed for people who feel stiff, achy, out of practice, or unsure where to start. No prior yoga experience is required.

Do I need to be flexible or pain‑free?
No. This practice meets you where you are. You don’t need flexibility or a pain‑free body to begin — just a willingness to listen and move with care.

How much time will this take each week?
About 30 minutes for the weekly live practice, plus short daily mini‑practices (around 6 minutes). You’re welcome to do more, but nothing here is designed to overwhelm you.

How long will I have access to the material?
You’ll have lifetime access to all recordings, so you can return to the practices anytime.
